It's Iron Banner. It's not the most end-game thing. Endgame is Raid and Trials. IB is for scrubs like me who hope to one day get to 310 without Trials or Raid.

I feel your pain. I'm scrubbing it up with a 309 and two 308 characters. Only did the raid once and hated it.

Yeah that's true, because Trials always delivers stuff over 310.
