While in Tainan, Taiwan, friend of mine learned some important lessons about tattoos.
1. Never get a tattoo when you are drunk.
2. More importantly, never get a tattoo while the tattoo artist is drunk.
3. A dragon across your back costs $800.
4. Fixing the dragon across your back costs $1200.
5. If you are going to get a tattoo, do it while you and the tattoo artist are sober.
