1 ReplyI could stand to lose a few kilos but I'm not what many would consider fat.Still doesn't stop my dad from saying that I'm gonna need to apply for a post code for my ass soon.

1 ReplyYou were a slob before your accident so why does it matter now?

1 ReplyI have a daughter who's just a little over 1 year old now. She's a very tubby baby and I love it haha she's got rolls everywhere and a big tummy. I'll say things like "oh look at how tubby you are" or "you've got a tubby tummy!" I say these things out of love because fat babies to me are just so freaking cute lol. Sadly, it breaks my heart that very soon I won't be able to say these things. We live in a society where having a little extra weight is looked down on and imperfect. The media pushes all this stupid crap and pressure onto young girls and women on how to be thin and how to be sexy. God just writing this makes me tear up a bit because I know that she'll one day go through all sorts of stupid shit and pressure. To me, she'll always be my baby girl. No flaws, just pure beauty.

In a situation like yours where its not totally in your control due to physical limitations? No. If they just sit around and stuff their face while their physically able to do otherwise? Hell yeah, fatty's gonna hear it.

Edited by FuzeMainIn2k17: 1/27/2016 7:16:41 AMWell your situation is way different, but if I had an obese kid that were very capable of exercising but refuse because they're lazy, I'd tell them that they're lazy fat -blam!-s and need to get out in the sun

2 RepliesEdited by CCH: 1/25/2016 12:23:54 AMI would never make fun of my own child for being overweight, but I would try to help them get back in shape. That being said, 270 is a little ridiculous. That's almost 100 pounds over weight. Even 240 is a lot. If you're unable to walk or exercise enough to compensate for the lack of motion you'd normally experience, you should really watch what you eat, and how much you eat. I'm sorry about your accident, and I hope you recover. I'm not saying any of this to be mean to you, either, so sorry if you took any offense to it.

Holy shit. Great family lol. They know it's a medical thing right? I'd like to see them run laps with a broken spine.
-
from 240?????? At first when I started and saw shattered vertebra, I imagined some athlete that got hurt.... It's your cause. However no your dad shouldn't be an ass about it (if fat and uninjured go ahead but not if injured)

Fat as john foster
-
I would if they refused to do anything about it.
-
I certainly wouldn't make fun of them, but I would definitely tell them what I think about it and try to get them to get in better shape.

Pee on them to assert dominance

Green tea helps burn fat. I'd recommend a lot of green tea. Personally i'd just use a wheelchair if possible. Sure it kinda sucks but at least you may get cardio. And don't give up! Modern medicine is constantly evolving, maybe one day your leg and spine can be fixed. I hope my advice helps.

This thread is not for me.

2 RepliesEdited by FlameArrow57: 1/27/2016 1:25:23 AMIf you do want to lose weight, I would suggest, every day, blending up a bunch of vegetables and fruits in a blender and drink it. It might not taste good, but it would help. Some things you could use are bananas, blueberries, and kale.

Don't take it as an insult. Take it as a challenge. SHOW your parents that you can lose weight. Prove them wrong!
