Destiny is rated 16+ by PEGI, but its rated T by ERSB, anyways i think you are talking about fireteams and online interactions, and not the game itself because destiny itself dont have anything 16+ rated, but some kids can play with people swearing and talking a lot of bad things, and just ignore and dont talking the same.
