Um, everything. They are one in the same. Reverse racism is discriminating against white people to allow minority races a chance at an otherwise impossible *cough* less likely opportunity, mainly in employment sectors. Many workforces promote affirmative action to prevent discrimination lawsuits *ahem* promote equal rights. This really isn't a difficult concept to grasp, is it?
