Hi HankD
First, I am very sorry you were disconnected at literally the worst possible moment. However, as the error disconnected you form the game itself the loot will be lost as leaving an activity by any other means(even if by error of the game itself) will result in the loot being unable to be sent to the post master :< https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13965
With that said as it was then lost into the either Bungie will not be able to replace it as they cannot replace disappeared items

Looking at how you disconnected at literally the moment of kill MAYBE there might be a chance you actually had disconnected right before he died so you can have a second chance at the loot? Does your advisors have a check for golgorth in the kingsfall section? If it does not then you can try again.

And thanks for replying quickly but that news sucks. I have video evidence of all of it so I don't know why I can't be given loot.

We killed Golgoroth once right before this and got the completion but not the challenge because we were told that we only had to trade gazes on one round. Turned out that advice was wrong. We grabbed another Golgoroth checkpoint with different characters and did it again and traded gaze everytime and got the challenge but I was DC'd. I have done Golg challenge with this character the last week it was on. I don't think I can tell whether or not not it gave me the challenge without going through the entire headache again unless you have other ideas.
