Warlocks and the Ram
Has anyone acknowledged the fact that everyone in the game is currently wearing a Ram helm and throwing viking funeral, touch of flame firebolts? If we could go ahead and put an end to that real quick like, that'd be great.

Seriously it's like a range sunbreaker melee when it use to burn for forever. It should not burn for that long when the nades are auto detect. Found myself running shadestep just to be able dodge the firebolt when it scans. When using my titan or warlock, i run and hope to not catch one bullet to the toe and die to the DoT. I really can't see how this combo can be justified in any way. Especially if you choose a full disc build with void vestments and a gun with grenadier..... Also for anyone who will say "you have to give up a perk for that combo!", lets be honest, it's not like you're losing the greatest perks ever. Extra nade is nice but run vestments and max disc and you'll be fine. Extending sunsinger is nice and all, but it's not like you'll have your super the whole match outside of mayhem. So yeah, i really see no way to justify an auto scan, long DoT that prevents health regen (and gives away your position) grenade that leaves you so weak you can die from one body shot.

13 RepliesJust read his post and you'll see firebolt, roux of flame, Viking funeral. Now one of those is a grenade so I'll give you that one but the there are two count em two perks that have to be used absolutely to make that grenade worth it. Those are tree spots taken up bro. Hunters can have evade and keen scout at the same time if they have graviton forfeit.... Those are two of the strongest abilities in PVP! Seeing through walls always tracking your enemies movements and dodging that is not nerfed unlike blink. Best of all worlds? Gimmicky? How is dodging gimmicky in PVP? It is the best possible thing you can have in PVP.

Yea, if you think this is bad, they used to be able to survive shoulder charge.... I think a sniper shot in the head in radiance with radiant skin.... Man up...

God, it's exotic for a reason. Of they are rushing you with a shot gun, switch to a sniper/fusion (They are not very good, I know.) Vice versa. Outplay them, otherwise you are bad. Try playing year one with that thing.
