Problem with scout rifles.
It's not just Mida. They all are way to accurate at such a long range. I constantly get killed at super long ranges by them. They shouldn't be an across the map weapon. Damage is good. They should not be a primary sniper rifle though.

Really? This is what it's come to? A "nerf scouts" post? They get beat at close and mid range by everything else. They lose to snipers at long range. They haven't been in the competitive meta until recently because other primaries also had unlimited range. They are supposed to be long range precision weapons. They all take 3-4 precision shots to kill. They have been the worst primary since pulses got buffed months ago. People complained that handcannons were too good at range so now they are relegated to short-mid, making scouts more unique. Scouts have always been fine. If you weaken those, snipers will become even more dominant (if that is even possible).

Stop. The PvP meta is fine. It is as a point where you can use [b]nearly[/b] whatever you want. Mida and TLW are strong, but not universally like HoW with Hand Cannons (Thorn/Ill Will user) or 2.0 with Pulse Rifles. No more nerfs. Some things need adjustments, but no nerfs are needed. Adjust to the game, the meta is finally all inclusive. Enjoy it.

But they are supposed to be a scout RIFLE.....not as much damage as a sniper but accurate at medium to long ranges? If you remove this they are no longer scout rifles but single shot AR's??? Or maybe long barreled HC's?? Why don't we remove all weapons that use bullets and just have our guardians throw handfuls of dirt at each other? Whomever is blinded first loses?

Whatre you talking about? Thats like saying you cant ADS with a sniper. Scouts are meant to maintain accuracy and power at long range at the cost of it being semi automatic. Theyre exactly like M4s and M16s. It can be an effective medium to long range weapon.

There supposed to be powerhouses at long range. Only recently have fast firing plus full auto scouts got popular for cqc.
