Double RNG is broken. It made more sense just to have to get the drops. Now I have to have good luck to get the drops, then good luck AGAIN for them to be worth anything. Players should never be able to go through a raid and come out not going up in some way.

Edited by XtremEnigma7: 12/20/2015 3:18:15 AMI agree as well. Although i just wish if we did infuse, it would come out as the same light level. That way it would be harder to obtain. But at least i can still customize my characters outfit without the feeling of being under leveled.
