So you think the high rate of fire auto buf of .04% is intended? Acording to that it would take 250 bodyshots in crucible to add 1 point of damage...why would they waste programmers time to ever implement such an unquantafiable change? And according to the revised patch notes the low rate of fire pulse rifles were nerfed by only .9% but mu lyudmila-d went from 31 headshot damage to 25 at point blank range...they are lying through their scummy teeth like always.

The only noticeable changes I've seen are hand cannons, shotguns and fusion rifles, but pulse and autos are still the same.

Pulse rifles nerds are very real. Low range on hacksaw and red death will very much be noticed. Red death 34 to the to 30. Lyumindy-d body shot was 25 now it's 17

Only ones I used were Nirwen's and NTTE, maybe I'm bad at noticing things lol

I think you use to do like 31 to the head now you do like... 27, 28?

Ummm most of the time you will kill in 3 burst. Its just really hard if you miss a couple shots. And range shouldn't effect nerwins that much
