Aerillion, a small island
Damien stands in the shallows of a small sand island. It's barren and small with a few small bushes and three small palm trees to the right. A large rock juts from the ground a few yards back. He takes in the smell of the large expanse of water as his long fur coat sways in the motion of the water. He looks up as a ship zooms overhead in a large swirl and disappears into the sky. He seems to be alone, yet he seems comfortable. He still has a few lone bandages on, but he has mostly regained his old self. His eyes darting movements to follow the waves, obscured by his strange metal mask. The water feels nice on his feet. His sandals lay farther up the shore. He seems to be enjoying himself.
"All this could use is a good book..."
Alone, he makes his way to the Rock and slowly climbs it, grunting as he goes. Upon, reaching the top he gives out a whistle when he peers at the dense blue that lays before him. This was good. He needed this. Some time alone... To think... And yet, something felt off... He couldn't place his mind on it... But something about this island felt strange. He shrugs it off and sits down with a contented sigh, the sun beating down on his exposed skin.
