No-he isn't - it's master syfo-dyas! Read the Syfo-dyas theory. I liked the bonks theory but after watching the prequels again it makes no sense. He didn't lust for power. Otherwise I mean he is George Lucas "favorite" character and yes I get that binks makes a little sense. But so does syfo-dyas!!!

Syfo-Dyas? The one who ordered the production of the clones?
-
Yeah I mean think about it who do the clones work for in the end of the day. They only "helped" the Jedi while palpatine was gaining power.
-
But Syfo-Dyas is long dead, and he trained Qui-Gon. Yes, Syfo-Dyas ordered production of the clones against the will of the Jedi Council, but Emperor Palpatine could have easily gone behind Syfo-Dyas's back and told the kaminoes (not sure what their race name is) to implant the Order 66 chip.

Why would dooku attempt to use Syfo dyas blood to enhance grievous powers. What was it in Syfo dyas blood that make it even reasonable to try. Was it that he was so connected with the force that" once he died he would become more powerful than you could ever imagine" the thing about the dark side of the force is they hold on to physical presence. But other than that the parallels of the dark and light side of the force are eternal life. So what makes you think that Syfo dyas wasn't making "his own army" he could for see the future like anikin could so if he was able to transfer from body to body using the dark side and light side of the force. Together. Preserving both physical and mental characteristics ! Meaning he could be actually both jar jar binks and Syfo dyas and or sidious himself. I mean the force is like religion. It could be anything lmao
