They're great weapons with some of the best lore. "they're the only weapons anyone ever used" They were popular because they were some of the best. The reason those were go to's was because bungie gave us a pile of crap with a few gems in it And it's not like the game is so diverse now. Pvp boils down to what color of pulse rifle you like. Gjallahorn was so popular in pve because we have to do the same things over and over and over again so of course on the 38th time running the same damn raid or strike you're going to want to through it as quickly as possible

[b]Gjallarhorn:[/b] Literally everyone used this so much in Raids and end-gane activities. The Rocket would fire, track targets, have proximity detonation, and had little clusters that tracked enemies and could do the same amount of damage as another rocket. Great for everything, bad for nothing. [b]Icebreaker:[/b] A powerful sniper that regenerates ammo at a fast speed. If peolle werent usong Gjallarhorn, they used Icebreaker. Used for camping and staying out of the action. Used this whenever the Nightfall buff was around so you could kill with ease and not die. [b]Thorn:[/b] The Bane of crucible goers alike. It applied a Damage over Time affect that lasted forever. Shoot two shots to the head and 95% of players will die within 3 seconds. Ping, Ping, run away, get a kill.

Gjallahorn got nerfed, also at what point would it be useful in Kings fall? And why don't we have more weapons that are actually useful? Instead we get more useless crap Ice breaker got nerfed, and yes people camped in the back. Again at what point would that be useful in Kings fall? Thorn got nerfed, I believe that pretty much solves the problem

Yes they all got nerfed, so if they were to be included: [b]Gjallarhorn:[/b] Would be an absolute boss melter. On Daughters and Warpriest it would become a boss melter, as a 33% nerf to wolfpack rounds only is not that big of a drop. On Oryx and Golgorath, these would be add killers. Massive damage out put paired with a 1000 yard stare is deadly. [b]Icebreaker:[/b] I forgot to mention tjat Icebreaker basically has firefly but with body shots. Not much use here BUT in Crucinle it will absolutely destroy everyone. [b]Thorn:[/b] Moreso for Crucible. And I forgot it had penetrating bullets so its okay for adds.

It's a rocket launcher it's supposed to be a boss killer. But it'd still be out damaged by sleeper, black spindle, and touch of malice
