To put it simply: the last year clearly demonstrates Bungie has ANFC how to design weapons, much less, 'balance' them!
(Make it great; oh oh, we made it too good, nerf it! Went too far, back up, darn, too far. Go forward a little, that it that's it, sh1t, my foot!)
