Considered it before actually. We like our "unpolished" recruitment. Everyone has flaws, so it weeds out the SRS BSNS types who can't just make an effort to be understanding and get along. I think of it as a personality test. We have to give the trolls something to chew on other than starting debates about sexism and gender issues nonstop. It's much more diverse responses this way and less serious banter. :)
