I like it for the arc damage. Lets me make orbs from arc precision kills and it saps some shields on yellows much faster than kinetic damage

Yea it has some interesting perks.

I think bad juju works better for a super oriented build and it has better range, but.... zhalo is still pretty good. I'm coming around to it.
