Bungie.net is for Bungie games only. 343 is the one in charge of Halo 5 which means that it won't have really anything to do with Bungie.net outside of #Gaming

Another thing with your original statement that is a problem: you are assuming that at least 51% of the people who use these forums will be getting Halo 5.
