No. You have to sign up for Bing rewards. The card is a "Welcome to Bing" reward. Get the code, cancel bing reward. -profit

I know, but if you continue to earn the silver or whatever it is you can buy 3 dollar gift cards for Xbox. That could pay for a game just for using bing
