An 60 year old man just bought a new convertible corvette and drove it off the lot onto the highway. He starts out slow but wants to test out his new car so he hits the gas and lets it rip. After speeding at about 80 in a 70 zone a cop starts to chase him so he speeds up till he hits 100 mph. "I'm too old to be doing kind of stuff" he pulls over and lets the cop come up to him. The cop arrives looks at his watch and sigh. "Sir I get off in 20 min and I don't want to do any more paperwork tonight. Tell me an excuse I've never heard before and you're free to go." The old man sat in silence for a moment and then looked at the cop. "About 20 years ago my wife left me for a cop. I saw you behind me and I started to speed up because I thought you where bring her back." The cop looked at the old man and said " Have a good night sir." And walked away.
