If you open your Director and look in the bottom left you will see the NF icon, if it's filled then it's done, if it isn't then you can do it.

Thanks, I understand that, but that is during game play. I mean the Bungie App or website. It no longer has the NF status in the Progress or Advisor's page. So I have to switch between each character to look to see who has\hasn't done it while playing.

Ok, i understood it just didn't seem like that much of a problem to me, i usually remember which character has done what.

Yeah, I used to get them all done on reset day so it was no problem. Now it is not the same priority as there is no XP bonus so it slips until I have time.
