3 of coin is worthless
I just used a lotttt of coins on a boss fight. I think the scientific name is "shit ton". And It gave me a purple. Don't waste your coins on this item.

Once he does, leave and come back in 15 min. You should have the checkpoint. Repeat!! Been doing it since the fix and have had a ratio of 3/10 sometimes 4/10 Never stack!!

I use one at a time from 30 I've gotten 4 exotics and still have 13 left

That's not how they work. Just use one on a boss. Then keep doing strikes and use one everytime you fight the boss. After about 5 or so you will get a yellow. I've gotten 2 exotics with 10 coins already.

Used five this morning on separate strikes. Only got one exotic, the light beyond nemesis droped a 290 was sad about that.

Use one at a time. They stack is one fails. E.g. if the first has a 2% drop rate and fails to yield an exotic, the next will have a 5%, so on and so forth. Numbers are completely made up btw.

So they don't stack like in use. I've learnt something. After I flipping burn through 60 of them. Using em carefully and get one glove. Bullcrap.

You're only supposed to use one at a time. Every coin that fails will cause the next one to have a higher success rate. You're using them wrong.

I think I'll keep spending all my strange coins on them, actually. I've gotten 310 versions of most exotics.

Edited by Diab3ticBatman: 10/2/2015 10:36:29 PMI used 13 and got one exotic. All I do is use one at the beginning of each strike and never get any exotics. My friend uses them an gets 3-4 an hour. It increases chances, but chances do nothing if you already have crap luck to begin with I guess.

I have used about 60 total so far in the Pat week and have gotten about 10 exotic engrams. Though 5 of those were hawkmoons and 2 were voidfang vehestments I still got exotics they are with it in my opinion

1 ReplySecret. Don't stack the coins. Just use one at a time. You are wasting them if u stack them. My friends and I use 1 at a time and the odds are almost always 1/5 or 1/6.

That's not the way it stacks. The effect doesn't stack from using multiple 3oC at once. You use one per boss. If you don't get an Engram from that, the next boss you kill with one active has a higher chance to drop one, and so forth.
