Update: 9:20pm I was playing on PS3 and here is somthing I noticed with Firefly. This all happened within about 1min on Cosmodrome from patrol spawn heading to where the Fallen Walker Public Event occurs. I made a head-shot and the firefly effect occurred at a different location on my screen. In other words, I basically I shot an enemy next to a group of other characters and the Firefly explosion occurs maybe 10-20 away from enemies entirely. Then, they all die in the group, but the Firefly explosion occurs further away. Now the next few Firefly shots Slow down occurs. I shoot a few more enimies in the head the Frames per-second trickle to a crawl for a second or two. I shoot again up close and personal around five feet away from enimies Firefly effect causes slow down that the enitire console freezes completely on a single image of a explosion and all sound turns off. I tried to go to XMB but the game is completely locked up. I check the system for HDD activity there is none but the green internet indicator is flashing a lot. I try to Reach XMB one last time to quit game or shut down. Doesn't respond. I press power button. System beep three times (bad sign meaning faulty shut-down). System reboots and said had a faulty shut down and I have to report occurance to Sony PSN. I send report and do a HDD File System Restore check to make sure things are not messed up. System boots up finding no errors and now I can boot up game again. So the Freeze occurs on PS3. This Bug occurs I can guarantee it that it happens on All consoles and it's a game software system performance problem that needs to be fixed immediately. The Luck in the chamber mixed with a head shot for firefly causes a very big explosion resulting in huge effects or the effect spawning in the wrong location and then freezing the console into a panic. Update: It's not due to luck in the chamber, it must be a performance issue that affects all consoles due to the particle effects and damage of the Firefly perk alone.
