Sounds like you're under 18. Does your family have home/renters insurance?

Currently 20 years of age. Currently stay at home while I work and try to get a degree. Helping mother (who should be considered disabled but doesn't want to admit it) with as much as I can do. I'm seeing what we are covered for.

You will need a police report if your going through insurance..

I hope it works out. Home/renters insurance typically covers stuff like that. But if it's a family member that obviously complicates the situation.
