NOTHING (in the crucible) should be able to take a Golden Gun except Ward.
Never had a rage post get this much attention... But anyways,
Im not saying that Sunbreaker needs a nerf. I just think that if I shoot my GG at the same time you throw your hammer, and we both connect, both of us should die. So if anything, I think a bit more of a buff for GG would fix this.
I agree as well that ward of dawn should be able to take three shots of GG.
Sorry I was pretty intense in the original post. Been killed by a supered hammer ALOT this last week.
Heres a link to the update that buffed GG so that it "consistently kills in the crucible."

It was supposed to be an instant kill in every shot after this patch.

4 RepliesBut then there would be no point in using sunbreaker. Just the moment we pop our super golden gun takes us out. No point in having a third subclass for Titan if a year one super will kill us everytime use the shadow shot it works perfect it's balanced. But your the first hunter that doesn't call for a nerf I applaud you and TBH I adapted with gg and blade dancer and warlock supers in year one i think it's time you guys adapt ours only the second week everything will fall into place

10 RepliesYou do realise that golden gun has a range modifier like any other gun right? If your too far away your damage drops and it isn't a one hit kill. GG will easily one hit kill a sunbreaker if you don't hit the range drop off point.

3 RepliesI personally think every super should take 2 GG shots and a bubble should take 3. You can complain about the range of hammers all you want but face it, GG has sniper distance accuracy. Same goes for dancers ad breakers though, killing someone in their super should deplete a 2/3 of your super energy.

There damage reduction needs a nerf for PVP NOT Pve also I've seen them shoot 7 ? Hammers out, that's a lot of fiery death maybe reduce the amount you can throw? Again for PVp nf Pve Tbh I don't care either way all supers are op that's kinda the point so I'm cool if it never gets changed my bow does a good job at suppressing them

9 RepliesWhat they should do is slightly nerf the armor from sunbreaker. That's it. Don't nerf the whole -blam!-ing subclass. Just a slight nerf to armor upon activating it. (I main a Titan btw)
