Crota may have a brother, or rather Oryx may have another Hive god relating to him. Before you enter that really dark area on the mission Regicide, you can scan these three statues. The middle is Oryx, right is Crota, and left is some other Hive guy, but because Crota is Oryx's son, I would assume this guy is too.
