You had to be level 30, and complete the story through house of wolves, as well as do both raids, and PoE. You did none of that.

If this is true then "In order to qualify for these rewards, you'll need to fulfill one of two criteria: [b]You need to have reached Light level 30 with at least one character[/b]r or have purchased the first two expansions (The Dark Below and House of Wolves) by August 31, 2015". bold part has mislead a lot of people.

My bad, I was thinking about the moments of triumph. For the VIP you had to get to level 30, and just complete the story through house of wolves by the 31st of August. Then you had to play TTK from what I understood about it. But if you didn't complete all the story missions, then you didn't qualify.

aye this is what's confusing. I did both the leveling, story and TTK [even got the C.E]. was trying to contact a customer support mod to discuss it one on one but apparently that can't be done :(
