As far as I know. As long as the owner of the dlc is signed on at the same time as another account, you can play it. I have 2 accounts and play on both just fine

:( This is so annoying, there should be one rule for all. All these posts have different results. Can Bungie just post a clear answer regarding THEIR game not the consoles agreements? Honestly don't think any family, friends in their right mind, in the same home would each buy their own copy, expensive gaming lol.
