I'm just curious. To my understanding licences on 360 work like this:
¤ I buy a game with my gamertag.
¤ I can transfer that game to any other console provided I log in with my gamertag on that console and transfer the license.
¤ That game cannot be played unless my gamertag is logged in on that console.
¤ That game cannot be played anywhere else but that console unless I again log in with my gamertag and again transfer the license.
This is my understanding of how things work. If you're trying to do something outside of that then I'm not surprised it's not working. If what you're trying to do is inside those boundaries then yeah, Bungie really needs to get their stuff together.
The only thing I'm aware of is that they've stated TTK for 360 will not be honored as a transferable game to XBO.
Good luck with your troubles.

And it's not one place one time

Not completely accurate when you license transfer you don't need to be logged in for them to play if you just downloaded it without lt then you have to sign in and open the game for them to play once it's started you can sign out

But why is TTK for 360 getting screwed and not the one? Also, no, it's a console license. Your Gt has a perma-license, and the console gets a transferable license that lets everyone play. A LT changes that temp one to another console, doesn't require you to log in.

I see. A transferable license that can only be used in one place at one time then, I assume. The thought then occurrs that because Destiny is a log in type game with your gamertag being attached to your copy of the game, perhaps it inhibits the game from being duplicated, so to speak. The game's serial is attached to your gamertag so duplicate states are unplayable regardless. Anyway that's my only input. Maybe not useful in any way but I just found it interesting :) Again, good luck clearing it up.

Well, it's just the Tk actually. TDB & HOW is all functioning with Licence transfers. This truly affecting more then just me, please, spread the word!
