i would love to but the problem is bungie is just the developer that sets the prices and pockets the cash. PSN is the retailer that would have to give me the refund and PSN has the worst customer service for all gaming consoles. However, i am going to explain their terms of service was misleading if i get a refund i will type on here what i did. but PSN phone lines dont open for another hour and their 24 hour chat supports are useless

Not true, i got a refund for TDB & HOW, and i used psns chat support.
