Guild wars 2 had something like that. You would have 20 to 50 toons hanging around where the dragons would attack and there were critters there you could thump on while waiting. When the dragons finally attacked, the numbers if players would swell to uncountable. During the fight if someone went down a complete stranger would be healing you to continue the fight to get the big loot chest at the end. Good times......good times. And a capital idea! Bungie should send u a tshirt for causing a great trend with this post. :-)

Gw2 is epic !!!!!!!! Some serious random battles on the world map

Gw2 was cool that when ever someone was down there were alot of players that healed you and probably joined the fight you were in cause they had it to. The pvp was crazy fun when you had whole armies taking each other on. I have eso and havent touched pvp yet but another awesome game.

Yep I was a commander in the early days ..... it was amazing leading 50+ people on doing different strategies and dominating storm mist

I followed thise commmanders in that. I scouted withy ranger. Had a mob of 30 or so chasing me. When they came around the corner....well it was a slaughter lol. I still have friends playing that today.
