No. Back when I built my three characters (pre dark below), pulse rifles sucked. Plus it was a blue gun. Who would have predicted it would eventually be a thing?

Doubt it. I'm a beta player and I kept mine for this very reason. It was the final weapon given to you in the original story. I figured it would have relevance, and I think plenty of others that thought ahead were the same. (though to be fair, there were probably quite a few like you mentioned as well).

Same. Plus we didn't have to hold on to it. I just went and did the quest yesterday. Now I have a legendary version.
