Guys I just had a great idea!
Let's buff Necro and Hard Light!
OK let's make it happen, on one condition, some year 1 weapons won't make it to year 2.
OK that's fine, we're gonna spend lots of time buffing and nerfing these weapons.
(Some time later)
We've decided to keep only certain exotics in year 2.
Which ones??
Well.... let's just say the majority of weapons you nerfed/buffed aren't making it.

Do you not realize that bungie specifically said that all exotics would eventually go into year two

Well the nerfs and buffs have all come from PvP, and most PvP play lists have level advantages disabled! You could find that a year one gun that has been buffed will out perform a year two gun that hasn't... Only time will tell though!
