People expect the perks to be OP when they don't have to be. They can sometimes be simple but useful. The warlock chest piece will be good for farming glimmer if it gives you a decent amount.

I can't blame Bungie if people are stupid enough to like an Icarus perk for an Exotic helmet, I guess you don't do PvP either, anyway, I'm done. Enjoy your airborne modifier with that exotic for a PoE 32, I guess you need those EL.
