If you own TDB and HoW (as well as the base game), preorder the digital version of TTK (currently available on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4) and then purchase the CE content when it's made available. However, if you don't have the expansions, I suggest either buying the Legendary edition + the CE content or just the Digital Collector's Edition.
