So it's Thorn Bounty 500 point time!
Wahey!
So i suck in crucible! Even with weapons I like I only average about 0.7 in Control at my best.
And when I looked at my weapons I realised that void weapons seem quite rare ?. I have a Party Crasher and I think there's a Fusion floating about somewhere but as they are my least two favourite weapon types I am not filled with confidence lol.
If it was Solar I'd be spoilt for choice but it's not.
If I'm not finished in ten years someone take pity on me and put me out of my misery please! Lol!

The thorn bounty will get you better at crucible If you can get comfortable with guns you don't like you can wreck with guns you do like

1 ReplyYou only need a 0.4 Average kd to finish the job. It might seem hard but it is not. I was really bad at pvp but now im actually quite decent at it. If you have the bounty on your warlock then you're all set. Voidwalker is my favorite pvp subclass. If you have it in your hunter then its going to take a bit longer. But dont be afraid, dont let your nerves or frustation take over. Forget about your goal. Stay calm and focused. Dont rely to much on the radar, i find it very inaccurate. And dont go in blindly rushing. Pick out the lone targets, try to flank your enemies spawnpoint.

5 RepliesWith this bounty the point is not to die. Even if you get just one void kill don't die. Stay back and run if necessary. I was a hunter and never played crucible before this bounty. I had the strangers rifle, the comedian(shotgun), and truth. I didn't have grenades or supers to help me. But just stay relaxed and be patient. Just remember Do Not Die.

Use a void subclass. Mele kills count with that. Find a decent void secondary and heavy that you can get kills with. Don't be too aggressive and play control.

I did control when Iron banner was out - Seemed all the try hard's was in there ;-) Made a BIG difference, had my 500 in about 4 games...... You can use atheons epilogue, void shotgun and truth rocket launcher... I'm also not good in crucible but it took like 10 control games Just play cautiously and at least get a trade off before you die... 1 kill to 1 death...

Also soloed the PvE as that is what I do best. I used Athions Epilogue. Yuck. Some blue void shotgun and truth. Edit. Since I got thorn my kd has shot up to a massive 0.99 Edit: -blam!- it I went back to Mida as Thorn is boring.

4 RepliesNo, we won't let you farm kills. The Thorn bounty requires you do to a "difficult" PVE mission and a "difficult" PVP mission. If you need to boost to get Thorn, then you don't deserve Thorn.

I didit pretty quick doin control(easy kills when all people care about is the control point) With Aetheons epilogue Praediths revenge And truth Using a defender titan with armamentarium Them stickies worked wonders :D
