The reef map looks exactly like the covenant ship maps in halo.

I thought the color and texture reminded me of Gemini on halo 2.

The moment I looked out onto the reef from the Vestian outpost, and saw just how many large ships where floating around, I really wanted some kind of mission/crucible map set in the reef. I did imagine it having low gravity effects, obviously. I imagined a much longer corridor type map, almost like Exile it seems.

Yes, the original was called midship and is in halo 2. It was one of my favorites.
