I think TDB is kind of essential for the story line, how can oryx be pissed if you don't kill his son?

Maybe he is just a dick like that <.< to be fair though. All the story u need to know for TTK was in the reveal trailer. "You killed his son..." cut to titan attacking Crota with sword. Pretty much sums up the story from CE lol
