Are you German? Sometimes the Blacksmith shader code doesn't work with German/European accounts. The best way is to post your problem on the [b]Help[/b] section here on Bungie.net. Unfortunately, there is no e-mail support, thus the only way to get in touch with a Bungie employee is on the help section.
