Power of probability. I can change the percentage of how likely something is. Some examples below: Chance of being immortal and never ageing: 100% Chance of getting Ice Breaker: 100% Chance of getting any other superpower: 100% Chance of more vault space: 0% (Some things you can't change) Etc.
