My bones of eao doesn't work even though it's fully upgraded

same... for troubleshooting purposes, I had my triple jump on when I equipped the non upgraded version, kicks were extra fresh. tried to take them off, switch perks with them on and off, etc... no extra jump with the triple jump perk. #feedback
