I think there will be capture like points that you need to control to weaken him, then you will need a third dynamic like an artifact that can deal damage.

it will be a multi stage kill. its like the loaded gun, if you show a boss with wings, he will fly at some point, so I'm thinking. wave 1 kill minions wave 2 kill boss to enrage and cause him to fly wave 3 he will fly, shoot wings off or ground him somehow wave 4 actual kill. (bonus wave = soul kill banish/destroy)

Right before you kill him, the Queen will show up with a ship to capture him and place him in the level 41 prison of elders. You'll then have to fight him there and be rewarded with a piece of etheric light, an armor core (for level 34 armor) , and a weapon core (for a 365 weapon).
