Your precision hit percentage with hand cannons is 36% Your precision hit count with snipers is 31% [b]you are a scrub. Hold onto your longest life bullshit[/b]. I run MIDA and Sniper, you're a full scrub to try and compare stats with that and be proud of longest life. Which literally means you hide and camp.
