I really, dislike people who have their microphone on despite the excessive amount of background noise going on (music, baby's crying, people yelling, fans that sound like jets). Honestly I hate this in every game though. ESO and GTA V are both bad in this regard.

Yea that's why I use party chat but the one time I go in game chat to hear what's going on some guy sold me a cheese cake and ran off yelling -blam!- yea I told him I could sell a -blam!-ing cheese cake Gave him 1 gold
