You can get the digital content from the digital collectors edition $80 and the physical collectors edition $80 (if you don't want to pay the $20 with the other editions to get it).

So if you have Destiny base game plus both expansions, but you want to get the digital content without getting a second copy of Destiny and the expansions, your only option is to buy the Digital Download of TTK, then drop another $20 for the items?
