I think we pretty much took out the fallen, I think it would be better to move on to an enemy with more story potential like the vex.

How have we taken out the fallen? Also the fallen started it as the central antagonists of the story. The vex have pretty much been destroyed when the heart in the black garden was demolished. Oryx is gonna get his ass taken out (see what I did there) and the cabal are just an annoyance. The fallen have so much yet to offer with the different houses and stuff like that. Plus they're the only one with ships that would actually be cool, and they attacked earth once already. It's time for their return

We killed skolas and a bunch of their other guys. There was a thread on here a while ago of all the things we've done to the fallen and as they were already in ruins they're even worse now. The houses aren't really strong enough to do anything and we beat the guy who was trying to unite them. We really have no story on the cabal leaders so it's tough to say what will happen with them. We have to remember the vex exist in the past, present, and future and they still exist in the future, I think a dlc where they solve the paradox in the vault of glass and we have to go way back in time and stop them would be really cool.

I do like the sound of that. I'm not particularly fond of fighting the vex (those hobgoblin piss me off) but you're right the story would be cool. But really I like fighting the fallen and their storyline makes them the best candidate for an attack on the tower which is what I thought was going to happen when I first started playing Destiny when it first came out. After the taken king I'm sure I'll be totally done with the juice and the annoying thralls. I'm not sure what could be done with the cabal, they're pretty underdeveloped but I don't particularly like the thought of fighting a bunch of phalanxes in the tower. Really all I want is an awesome all out war to save the tower that would include between 10 and 30 guardians just going nuts against a strong enemy hell bent on destruction of our nice quiet social area

The fallen just don't really interest me, earth in general doesn't. I like going into all of the enemy dimensions and stuff like that. Also a dlc where we take Mercury back would be sweet

Definitely. We need more planets to go out to. But yeah I hear you on the fallen. However I think earth could be made into a much better storyline. I mean it's our home and we've been contented to just have one city left that floats above the surface? I think a lot could be done with conquer missions and maybe something of like lost humans that have to be saved or something. I don't know. Honestly I just want to see an awesome enemy armada rolling up on the tower ready to do some damage
