I think it should be removed in general even including legacy weapons.

No it shouldn't be removed. Its very useful in pve for taking down bosses and majors. For all the pvp complaints, they could reduce the damage so it can't ohk bodyshot and leave pve alone. Sick and tired of "remove from all weapons"
