You can get 6 Etheric Light this week from IB. Matchmaking, only have to win every 6th game, and only costs glimmer. No player has an excuse for lacking Etheric Light. The game is practically handing it out to you.

You can only buy one etheric light at level 3, then you have to get to 5 before you can get another. I don't know what happened after you get the second one though.

2 per character - a total of 6 Etheric Light Once you get to Rank 5, you're done after the second EL purchase.
