How to counter fist of havoc?
So far I can find ways to counter all class super except FoH. As soon as a titan press the two bumpers, he will have ridiculous high damage resistance until he stands back up from the slam. I have shot a titan doing FoH with 1 golden gun shot and it only took out his shield and 1/3 of his health. I understand that for a titan to utilize FoH well, he have to get up close and needs to be tanky in order to do that. But if we look at Blade dancers, if a arc blader is charging at me, I can time a well placed shotgun shot followed with a quick melee, I can either kill him or trade with him. In fact, I can trade kills using my normal weapons against all super except for FoH.
EDIT: If you are going to post comment such as "git gud", "cry more" etc, don't bother. Anyone posting comment of that nature will be muted for Disrespect/Threat. I am looking for either constructive advice, criticism, or neutrally toned comment.

But seriously, as a titan main, you really can't once your within the circle radius of the titan. sometimes you can get lucky and stop him with unstoppable just before the super hits, but keep an awareness in Trials of how long the games been, does the titan have enough kills, assists or revives or such to have a super, and be sure that if you feel they might then pay attention to where their at.

I run a Striker as my main, and I make it a point of emphasis to go full armor and use the Unstoppable perk so as to survive anything during FoH. The key for you is if you see a Titan rushing at you he's probably intent on going FoH. You see him rushing, retreat. Get out of the way, kill him at range.

In trials when I know a titan hasnt used their smash yet, I bladedancer and run straight at them and when Im close enough, I blink or jump in the air and swipe away as they try to fist of panic then I come back and kill them and the group.

3 RepliesThe warlock melee that pushes people away works shove him mid animation and he will fly away and fist of panic will miss.

Mash X or Square to respawn.

If you can dodge a fist of havoc you can dodge a ball.

You can one shot them with peregrine greaves. That's basically the only way to take them out before they hit you with their super.

Blink is prolly the best, don't go straight up in the air though, try to go forward past them, if your quick enough you can turn around and waste them

It's easy, lag switch and shotgun. They don't ban for cheating anymore. Let the festivities begin!

It is still a poor super except in control and a good counter to blade dancer only. Lets face it, unless you are grouped up with other players on a flag, the problem with smash is it often only kills 1 person if the other team is spread out even a little, which they should be in 3vs3 modes to avoid grenades. Titans have to hold on to their super until the right time, hunters and sunsingers can pop it whenever and go for multi kills.

(it's buged so it will count you as a death but Bungie said that they are currently trying to solve this issue)

You cannot kill them without the 33% pellet buff followed by a melee. - Blink... yeah. - Celestial nighthawk, but why would you use that in PvP? - 2 Arcblade swipes ( will work 2/10 times) and if it work.. it's usually a trade. You need to hit him before he even does the animation while that sounds like a kill, don't worry the lag WILL stop you, even if the connection is perfect. -Novabomb.. usually a trade as well. If he has Unstoppable, then umm. Blink, or the lucky Suppressor nade.

1. Throw controller onto floor. 2. Rip off your headset and devour it whole. 3. Pelvic thrust the remains of the controller through TV 4. Unplug console 5. Proceed to Fist of Havoc console through the nearest window and onto the ground below

But if you do put shockwave on and titan smash with him and he will die from shock wave, other then that blink right when he gets it going and hope you time it right. Edit- punctuation lol
