Actually no it is not intended to do this . The gear says replenish super with grenade kill not hits. There for its a glitch and you should be reported

You sir, are mental. The fact that that he's not the person that screwed up the programming that lead to this glitch, means he is not in trouble for using the strategy and strategic methods with in the game. By the very logic you are using, you would therefore lead ago of us to believe that any glitch used should lead to a ban. Which means you should be banned. Because believe me, every single person in the game had glitched at since point. Ever hid in the room ahead of phogoth? Ever stun lock any boss, ever? Ever push off Atheon? Ever stand above Templar? Get off your high horse. Other than it being a pathetic grenade that if it hits you, you deserve to be spanked, most people who need it to win, are not able to use it correctly any way. It's the ones who can use it properly that would have spanked you in the first place. Tl:Dr Is not banable, it may never be patched, welcome to destiny, a game filed with whiners not winners. Ps, I totally suck at crucible, but u can not recall ever being hit with a scatter. That his you in the feels don't it?

It's not getting hit with a scatter, it's them self pricing he scatter and getting full super at the beginning of the game. THAT is cheating

Except it's not. Like I have said, it's a glitch, it's bad programming. It's stupid as hell. However, it is in the game. It doesn't mean it's right or working as intended, but it's sadly not banable. Just how life works.

EXPLOITING IN PVE IS DIFFERENT FROM -blam!-ING PVP. Omg this is so simple. No one cares if you exploit in PVE. No one get a disadvantage by people cheering bosses. HOWEVER. People using an ability limited to one class to gain an UNFAIR advantage is not cool. I don't think you should be banned if you use it(at least not permanently) but it can't be allowed to continue

The perk is not broken. The grenade is, it is coded as each swarm counts as a kill.

Okay still is a glitch . While people are defending it saying that's how it's suppose to be when its not

I am not defending it, I am saying this is not bannable because the grenade itself is broken, not the perk. This is a coding error that Bungie made and they can't fault us for using the grenade. For example; Symbiote helm has that perk so if say I like to use swarm grenades, who's to say that I am cheating when I just like the helm and grenades.
