I cannot believe Microsoft passed on this game. Well, atleast I'll still have Fallout4.

I don't think it was Microsoft that passed on it, I think Sony just took more of a liking towards it. Someone at Microsoft said they'd love to have it on the Xbox One. There's still hope, maybe not a great amount, but it's there.
